Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification. To submit a counter-notification, please provide the following:

Identification of the material that was removed or disabled, including the URL where the material appeared before it was removed.
Your full name, address, phone number, and email address.
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled due to a mistake or misidentification.
Your consent to jurisdiction in a federal court in your district and the possibility of a subpoena for your personal information if the case goes to court.
A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notice or their representative.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we will replace or restore the content within 10 to 14 business days unless the original copyright holder files a legal action seeking a court order to prevent such restoration.

Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA, APKLALA.COM will terminate the accounts of repeat infringers who fail to respond to legitimate copyright claims or who continue to upload infringing content. We may also take additional measures to prevent repeated violations, including suspending or permanently blocking access to our services for users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

Limitation of Liability

APKLALA.COM is a platform that allows users to upload, share, and download APK files. We do not actively monitor the content that users upload. Therefore, we are not responsible for the actions or content of our users and cannot be held liable for any claims related to copyright infringement. However, we will take appropriate action in response to a valid DMCA notice in accordance with the law.
